We (family with two kids age 6 and 8) stayed a week in July where we enjoyed the nice pool area and large private terrace outside the apartment. The apartment has all amenities that you would need and besides a slow internet connection there is nothing missing. The villa is located a bit outside of Cagnes Sur Mer with no sidewalk or safe walking zones near the villa so a car is necessary. With small kids we didn’t want to walk in the side of the narrow and twisty road since cars and bikes drive fast here. We used Uber a few times and a trip to the old town centre cost around 6-7 EUR. Bruno is a very nice and professional host and he made sure we had everything we needed. We can definitely recommend villa Pagnol and we hope to be back again!
