We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Peirelong.
It’s location is ideal; situated in a quiet valley with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and surrounded by parrot-filled trees (!) — only a few minutes from the Côte d’Azur. The accommodations were among the best of the half-dozen rentals we experienced in our five-country trip: large rooms equipped with powerful AC and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool outside was large and well-maintained and made even more enticing thanks to expansive and beautifully laid-out gardnens around the property. Our kids enjoyed the pool and its play-equipment every day and also took advantage of the bowling and outdoor ping-pong table. We particularly enjoyed the numerous spaces arranged for pleasant outdoor dining (terraces, canopies, etc.). But the real highlight were our hosts, Bruno and David. Not only did they provide an abundance of littérature in our rooms regarding local attractions (hiking, festivals, etc), they were on hand to answer our numerous questions, respond to any requests and offer sage recommendations regarding restaurants, banking and more! We are already making plans to return to Villa Peirelong in the future, with friends!
