Myself and my husband stayed at the villa for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. I have only great things to say about our stay and about the owner, Bruno. As we were coming all the way from Canada, we picked the villa based only on the photos and reviews. Luckily, the villa is more beautiful in person than in the pictures! The villa is situated further back in the mountains from the beach, so I would recommend renting a car. Cagnes sur Mer is a very cute little town with lots of shops and cafes. It’s also perfectly located in between Cannes, Nice and Monaco, with easy access to all of these locations via car or train. We stayed in the orange suite, which has it’s kitchen separate in the pool house. At first I thought this would be a bother to walk back and forth, but preparing and eating meals outside in the beautiful garden was actually very nice and relaxing! The pool is refreshing and cleaned regularly. Bruno was very helpful at explaining what there is to see and do in the surrounding areas. He is super nice and was always making sure we were happy and that there were no issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful get-away spot that’s still close to all the action!
